About the Process

We typically have an on-site inspection or sit down with the property plan. Notes and photos will be taken, taking all elements of the project into consideration whether time, conditions or situation, we put thought into the environmental issues that may occur. We then settle on an extensive A-Z checklist of what the client’s needs and wants are for the project. We then move to a quotation period whereby we are in constant back and forth as required until we are all on the same page with the project and price expectations. Once agreed we can then block a time frame window in order to achieve the client or project managers timing objectives. We are conscious of a modern Australian family’s needs such as pets, the elderly, asthmatic. Sublime has proven to be able to achieve a seemless intergration with other trades, removalists, cleaners and gardeners.
